1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.fitmealslim.com and the booking of meal planning services provided under the Fitmealslim brand.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these terms before proceeding. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by any provision in these terms.
2. Services Provided
The services include personalised meal planning, meal schedules, ingredient suggestions, shopping lists and related planning assistance, according to the description of the selected service.
The scope, deliverables and appointment arrangements will be based on the service description and the details agreed at the time of booking.
The services provide general meal planning assistance and are not a substitute for specialised professional advice where individual circumstances require it.
3. Orders and Booking Confirmation
Customers must provide accurate contact details and the information reasonably required to arrange the requested service.
Submitting an order constitutes a booking request. A booking will be confirmed when acceptance has been communicated to the customer. We may contact customers to clarify information or confirm service arrangements before accepting a booking.
If a service cannot be provided as agreed, the customer will be informed and any applicable refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with these terms and relevant law.
4. Deposits and Service Fees
All prices displayed on the website are deposits towards the selected service and are not necessarily the full service fee.
The applicable deposit amount will be shown before the order is submitted. The deposit will be credited towards the agreed total service fee.
Where an outstanding balance applies, the total service fee, remaining amount and payment deadline will be communicated before the customer becomes bound by the relevant service arrangement.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the service description and total applicable charges before confirming an order. No additional charge will be imposed without an appropriate contractual basis and any consent required by law.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information relevant to the preparation of their meal plan, including food preferences, ingredient exclusions and budget considerations.
Customers should review the proposed meal suggestions and ingredient lists before purchasing or preparing food. Ingredient availability, prices and product composition may vary by location and supplier.
Customers remain responsible for their food purchasing decisions and for communicating any relevant changes to their stated preferences.
6. Service Scope and Individual Results
Meal planning materials are prepared using the information supplied by the customer and the scope of the selected service.
Individual preferences, food availability and personal circumstances may affect how a meal plan is used. No particular body-weight change or individual outcome is promised.
Any request outside the agreed service scope may require a revised arrangement. Additional charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before the customer agrees to the additional work.
7. Appointments and Rescheduling
Appointments are arranged by agreement and subject to availability. Customers should provide any requested information within the agreed timeframe.
Customers wishing to reschedule should contact us as early as reasonably possible. We will review the request and communicate available alternatives.
If we need to change an appointment, we will notify the customer and agree on a suitable alternative or provide any remedy required by applicable law.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy, the agreed service terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.
A deposit is credited towards the agreed service fee. It is not automatically forfeited merely because a customer cancels.
Where a cancellation charge or deduction is permitted, it must reflect the applicable contractual terms and legal requirements. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with the relevant refund arrangements and statutory deadlines.
For consumers in the European Union, a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract may apply. Where a customer requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period, the required express request and other applicable legal formalities will be observed. Where the law permits a charge for services already performed following a valid request, the amount will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s mandatory right to cancel, withdraw, obtain a refund or seek another legal remedy.
9. Changes to Services
If a customer requests a change to the agreed service, we will assess whether the request can be accommodated.
Any material change to the service scope, appointment arrangement or total fee will be communicated before the customer agrees to the change.
If we cannot provide a material part of the service as agreed, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under the applicable terms and law.
10. Customer Communications
Customers should use the contact details provided on the website for enquiries about orders, appointments, cancellations and payment records.
When contacting us about an existing booking, customers should include their order reference and the email address used for the booking. We may request reasonable information to verify the request before disclosing booking details or making changes.
11. Personal Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the GDPR where applicable.
Customers should provide only information relevant to the requested service. Further details about the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal information are set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Website Information
Service descriptions, availability and pricing information are provided to help customers make informed booking decisions. Customers should review the details displayed for the selected service before submitting an order.
If an error is identified in a service listing or booking record, we will review the matter and communicate any necessary correction. Where a correction materially affects an existing agreement, the customer’s rights under applicable law will be respected.
13. Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Subject to mandatory legal requirements, each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreed service arrangement. Nothing in these terms restricts a customer’s right to seek remedies for a failure to perform the service in accordance with the contract or applicable law.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers who are dissatisfied with a service should contact us by email, explaining the issue and providing the relevant booking reference.
We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period. Where appropriate, we will discuss a practical resolution in accordance with the service agreement and applicable law.
Consumers retain the right to contact a competent consumer protection authority or pursue any other remedy available under applicable law.
15. Applicable Law
These terms are intended to operate consistently with the laws of Singapore and applicable consumer protection laws in the countries where customers reside.
Where mandatory consumer protection provisions of a customer’s country of residence apply, nothing in these terms deprives the customer of the protection afforded by those provisions.
16. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the website with its revision date.
The terms applicable to an existing booking will not be changed retroactively to the customer’s detriment without an appropriate legal basis or agreement where required.
