Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to bookings made through www.fitmealslim.com for meal planning services provided under the Fitmealslim brand.

Our aim is to handle cancellations and refund requests fairly, consistently and in accordance with applicable Singapore law and relevant consumer protection laws in the countries we serve.

2. Deposits and Service Fees

All prices displayed on our website are deposits towards the selected service and do not necessarily represent the full service fee.

The deposit will be credited towards the agreed total service fee. Where an outstanding balance applies, the amount and payment arrangements will be communicated before the service is confirmed.

Payment of a deposit does not remove any cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights available to the customer under applicable law.

3. Customer Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel a booking should contact us by email at craft@fitmealslim.com and provide their order reference and booking email address.

Cancellation requests will be assessed according to the stage of the service, the applicable booking terms and relevant consumer protection requirements.

Where the service has not started, any refund due will be determined in accordance with the applicable contractual terms and law.

Where work has already commenced, any deduction will be made only where permitted by applicable law and supported by the relevant contractual terms. Any amount due to the customer will be refunded accordingly.

4. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

For eligible distance contracts with consumers in the European Union, a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days generally applies to service contracts, beginning on the date the contract is concluded, subject to applicable exceptions.

Customers may exercise an applicable withdrawal right by sending a clear statement of their decision to withdraw to craft@fitmealslim.com.

If a customer expressly requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period, any payment for work already performed will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Where the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may end only if the relevant statutory conditions have been satisfied, including the required prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

5. Cancellations by Us

If we are unable to provide a confirmed service as agreed, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative arrangement.

Where the service cannot be provided and a refund is due, the amount attributable to the undelivered service will be refunded in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

6. Changes and Rescheduling

Customers who wish to change an appointment should contact us as early as reasonably possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the agreed service scope. Any additional charge associated with a requested change will be communicated before the customer agrees to it.

If a requested change cannot be accommodated, the available options will be considered under the applicable booking terms and consumer protection requirements.

7. Service Concerns

If a customer believes that the service provided differs materially from the agreed description, they should contact us with their order reference and a clear explanation of the issue.

We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period. Depending on the circumstances, the applicable remedy may include clarification, an agreed adjustment, a partial refund or another remedy required by law.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved or becomes legally due, it will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where no specific statutory deadline applies, we aim to process approved refunds within 3–5 working days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Refunds will ordinarily be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with the customer and permitted by law.

9. Non-Refundable Circumstances

A deposit will not automatically become non-refundable merely because a customer changes their mind or cancels a booking.

Any permitted charge or deduction must be consistent with the agreed terms, the work performed where relevant and applicable consumer protection law. Statutory withdrawal rights and other mandatory remedies remain unaffected.

10. Singapore Consumer Protection

For customers covered by Singapore law, cancellations, refunds and complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and consumer protection requirements, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 where relevant.

Nothing in this policy excludes any remedy available to a customer under applicable law.
